Secured Signing Adds Up for Bookkeeper

Smart bookkeepers are using digital signing to make their lives easier and their clients love it!

Bookkeepers need their clients to sign an authority to lodge before submitting their business activity statement (BAS). It sometimes means a trip into the office to sign the authority. Alternatively, the paperwork must be mailed out to be signed and returned. If the document is emailed, it forces the client to print it, sign and then either return it by post or scan it and send it back by email.

Whichever way it is happening, this necessary routine task is taking up far too much time and energy in too many practices.
