Friday, 14 October 2022
Secured Signing, today announced the upcoming Product Updates and Enhancements across its feature rich platform with it’s newest feature Needs to View and major enhancements to Signature Template layout.
“As a leading Digital Signature and Remote Online Notarization (RON) platform, we continue to release features and enhancements to our platform that will have a real impact on our user’s day-today operations,” says Gal Thompson, CEO at Secured Signing. “Which is why we are excited to release “Needs to View,” a new process, which allows to invite a person to view the document, but not sign.”
The new feature comes off the back of feedback from users who needed a way to collect information and evidence or in a document pack some documents need to view, where a person does not need to sign and is still vital to the signing process. All signer’s authentication methods can be applied to the "viewer" process, retaining base-level security which Secured Signing users have come to know and rely on. Needs to View is also available for Secured Signing’s WeSign, Notary RON sessions, Form Filler Templates and Video Signing.
“Needs to View is a feature that has become essential in our user’s everyday document signing workflows, especially for those users needing to automate data collection with their customers and clients,” says Mike Eyal, Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Secured Signing.
“From user feedback to product development, to testing, to release, we strive to bring a seamless experience for our users, signers, witnesses, and viewers. We pride ourselves in being a feature-rich platform, with an extensive list of features able to meet the requirements of small, medium, and large customers for users on any device.”
The recent release also comes with major enhancements to signature templates layout.
Signature template is an automation tool removing repetitive steps of tagging a document for signing.
Secured Signing discovered the need for users to preview how a signature template looks before sending out documents. Now, when a signature template is applied to a document it will go to the document editor allowing you to make any adjustments before sending your document out for signing. The enhancement supports assigning different signature templates to each document in the the pack, to speed up the sending process.
As a leading digital signature and remote online notarization platform, Secured Signing will continue to release new features and enhancements to its platform, which are available out-of-the-box to all users with no extra cost.
Other enhancements include improvements to the mobile signing experience and skipping read-only form fields in the signing page.
“With our expansion and successes in the US, we have a list of new features to be released in the next few weeks,” says Gal Thompson. “We continue to stay close to our customers, and let their feedback shape the product development journey.”
The next line of features will impact the US notary market providing essential enterprise level functionality to improve and streamline notarization processes and supporting job assignments to Notaries.
