In compliance with Secretary of State requirements, we store the recording for up to 10 years, or as specified by your state’s regulations.

Meeting Reminders

Automatic Reminders:

  • The system will automatically send email reminders to all signers and the Notary one hour before the meeting.

Lobby Pop-up Reminders:

  • The Notary can send additional reminders directly from the Lobby pop-up:
    • Manual email reminders for signers who haven’t joined on time.
    • Manual SMS/text reminders to signers’ cell phones for those who haven’t arrived.
