There are 2 ways you can start or join a RON session as the Host:
Log in to your Secured Signing account and click on My Invitations. Find the document(s) you are going to sign during the RON signing meeting and click the “sign” button.
You will then proceed to set up your camera, speaker and microphone. Once that is done, proceed to the meeting room and wait for your clients.
You will receive an invitation from Secured Signing to host an Online Video Signing Meeting to digitally sign and notarize your client’s documents.
Simply find this email within your email inbox associated with your Securded Signing account and click the “Click to Join” button.
